Sime Darby Property Berhad is a Malaysian property developer with one of the largest development land banks in the country, much of it along the Guthrie Corridor in Selangor. It develops master-planned townships such as the City of Elmina and Bandar Bukit Raja, and has expanded into industrial and logistics parks and, more recently, land for data centres. The company was demerged from the Sime Darby group and separately listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in 2017.
